These aren’t your usual lunch-and-learns. Each month, we ditch the beige and bring color, energy, and real-world tactics to the people who keep senior care running. This quick-hit series focuses on the real work of change management—giving you practical strategies to lead through transition, shift team dynamics, and move forward with clarity and confidence. In 30 minutes or less, you'll share some laughs and walk away ready to lead change—with less stress and more spark.

All Lunch and Learn sessions are held virtually via Zoom. Each session runs 30 minutes and is offered at two times: 10am EST / 7am PST AND 1pm EST / 10am PST. You can attend as few or as many sessions as you want–they are all free.

Change Is Weird: Let’s Talk About It

Change is messy, emotional, and too often framed in sterile terms. In this session, we explore what really makes change hard and how to navigate your own reactions before leading others. You’ll learn how to shift your mindset, model steadiness, and kickstart a sense of urgency in your team.
