SERVANT LEADERSHIP

BTNL Giving Back

Break the Norm Leadership strongly believes in servant leadership and community partnerships. Twice a month we host free leadership classes in title one schools and yearly, we do a donation drive to support kids in foster care with the non profit Embrace Oregon. We also believe in generational learning and host several of our leadership classes in senior care facilities. We use this opportunity to include the residents in activities and invite them into our learning space. With each act of service, we, as students and staff, hope to make an impact in our communities and learn through the power of giving.
