Youth Cycling

WeEndure! is a youth cycling program for students wanting to improve their road riding abilities. Weekly, students participate in a 2+ hour session where they learn bike maintenance, rules of the road, and how to ride as a team. WeEndure! is a healthy endurance training program that promotes self confidence and responsibility. We teach our students healthy exercise habits and how to push beyond their beliefs to accomplish their goals.

Positive Impact

Our son joined the WeEndure cycling club in 10th grade and loves it.  We are happy that we found a group that enjoys his same passion, and who can train him on proper road cycling techniques, while having fun.  Too bad they don’t have cycling teams in schools. Thankful for this one.  My son has made new friends and has accomplished, physically, more than he thought his body could handle, which gives him a sense of pride.  He has learned how to change a tire, oil the chain on his bike, maintain is bike, and how to take care of his body with proper nutrition and yoga moves.  His self-confidence has improved, his social skills are improving, and the attention and care that Rachel and her team put into making the kids feel like they belong is heartwarming.

Amazing Experience

WeEndure Youth Cycle program has made a huge difference on our son.  From sportsmanship to teamwork and the highs and lows of a long ride has been a  great learning experience and no textbook can teach that. There is a circle of trust and safety among these cyclist which is admirable.The coaches are knowledgeable, patient and empower young athletes to grow into leaders.  I’ll strongly recommend this program to any young aspiring cyclists.

Grown in Self Confidence

We love the WeEndure Youth Cycle Program! It has taught our son to be more responsible in his daily life activities. He has become more independent and has learned to work with others on his team. Also, he was introduced to the triathlon. This gives him the opportunity to swim and run as well. This is a great way to challenge his physical strengths. It is a very safe and fun environment and I trust Rachel to teach and be a good leader and role model. What a fantastic program!

PRIVATE LESSONS

If you are looking to improve a specific cycling skill such as climbing hills, increasing your speed, endurance, cleating in, using your gears, or simply learning how to ride a bike, connect with our coaches for private riding lessons to help you achieve your goals.

VIRTUAL CYCLING

Our youth cycling team will continue to ride together in the fall months, by connecting virtually using the ZWIFT app. While staying dry and indoors, we will create personalized avatars and see each other on the screen for weekly rides together. This will allow us to continue to ride and stay connected. Each student will need to purchase an indoor trainer and a subscription to the ZWIFT app.
